This disclaimer applies to posted content and subscription plans on PharmPower ("www.rxpharmpower.ca"), Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.

1. Use of PharmPower resources is not guaranteed to increase the success of passing an exam.  PharmPower does not take responsibility for unsuccessful results.  However, we are committed to continuously improving content quality and responding to feedback.

2. All pricing plan purchases are final and non-refundable. All plans expire after 6 months, after which may be repurchased again.

3. Reproduction or distribution of PharmPower materials is strictly probhibited without permission from PharmPower.  Resources are only intended for personal use by the authorized plan purchaser(s). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of PharmPower resources may result in plan cancellation.

4. PharmPower is not affiliated or endorsed by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) nor the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). PharmPower creates practice questions based on existing examination blueprints.

5. PharmPower is not affiliated or endorsed by any manufacturers or associations mentioned anywhere in content created by PharmPower.
